Mary Chowning is an entrepreneurial leader who consistently delivers significant impact on profit and growth through successful mergers and acquisitions, operating cost reductions and strategic initiatives. Mary has structured successful business models to drive profitable growth, with strong international experience and execution skills that drive results. Mary began her career at Arthur Andersen and was admitted as a partner in the firm in 1996.

Mary has more than 30 years of experience as President, CFO, COO, Executive Vice President, Partner and Board Member for a range of large and small operations in the United States, Asia and the European Union. Industry expertise includes health and wellness, technology, manufacturing, consumer products and service businesses. Mary has led strategic acquisitions and integrations and global expansion strategies for companies including Wind River Environmental, X-Rite, McCue and Metagenics. Her strong financial and strategic skills have enabled her to serve on several boards including FinCor Holdings, Inc., Interleukin Genetics, Inc., Innovative Flexpak LLC and Gunnar Optiks LLC.

Mary received her bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant. She also works with the Stanford University Graduate School of Business as a principal in several case studies.
