Enable a leading global architecture and design firm penetrate a new market segment in order to combat the downward economic trends in the Built Environment industry and close an anticipated $30M gap. Develop a rapid and reliable plan to penetrate the Healthcare Architecture / Design Market and drive profitable growth within a 24-month period.
What we did
Work with a “rising star” Principal to develop an actionable plan to gain market share against a strongly entrenched set of competitors; use the Lismore Advisor network to prioritize top issues impacting CEOs and Boards of leading Hospitals and Hospital Systems; use insights into emerging trends to build a set of resources for Hospital CEOs to anticipate the needs of the ‘hospital of the future’.
Result
Lismore utilized Advisor expertise in seemingly unrelated fields including airport design, retail, mission-critical data centers and interiors to create new, proprietary solutions uniquely positioned to serve disrupted healthcare markets. Lismore built and implemented a dedicated Health & Wellness market team and launched a market-entry development program to successfully engage with 75% of the top 90 CEO’s of Hospital and Hospital System targets within four months.
An ongoing proprietary advisory board continues to maintain the ‘Outside In’ perspective to drive competitive advantage. The principal was appointed head of health & wellness and then promoted to lead the region.
