Jennifer Bonadio helped found Lismore’s advisory practice to accelerate growth and empower clients with the tools to build and launch new opportunities. Her strong background in corporate strategy, business operations and marketing informs start-ups targeting rapid growth and established companies opening new markets. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated the ability to collaborate with senior executives and teams to achieve milestones and drive change. At Lismore, she manages client relationships in a diverse set of industries including health and wellness, education, non-profit and trade associations, biotechnology and professional services.
Prior to joining Lismore, Jennifer was with R.R. Donnelley where as director of corporate strategy she helped diversify the $6B portfolio, managing $30M in growth investments and $70M in supply chain efficiencies. As marketing director for a start-up within R.R. Donnelley Financial, she innovated services in the direct marketing industry, leading initiatives that doubled the division’s sales. Previously, she was a consultant with Diamond Technology Partners and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She has held leadership positions in multiple capital campaigns and serves as an active volunteer for community projects.
