Lisa McClung has more than 20 years’ experience building and developing successful, profitable global business operations. Her hallmark is taking unstructured or established situations and implementing creative market strategies that unlock measurable new value. She has held P&L and operating roles in several public and privately held companies where she led a number of turnarounds, global acquisitions, post-merger integrations and execution of accelerated growth strategies. Before Lismore, Lisa had global responsibility for the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company’s $30M+ Innovation Strategy. She built and ran the team that transformed Wrigley’s technical marketing, competitive consumer research, portfolio management and packaging groups into a global innovation engine supporting 10% yearly growth. She held several executive positions at General Electric, where she received CEO Jeff Immelt’s award for innovation and outstanding group performance. Lisa started her career at CS First Boston, Andersen Consulting and Mercer Management Consulting managing global clients across multiple industries.
As Managing Principal, Lisa is focused on working with businesses on accelerating value and developing competitive growth platforms across a variety of industries. She has led and advised businesses in multiple industries including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, CPG, education and professional services. She serves on several company boards and as an advisor to Boards, CEOs and their teams. As lead director, she was instrumental in redesigning the board structure to support aggressive value creation for a $40M+ global digital company. Lisa is active in the International Women’s Forum (IWF) Chicago and other civic organizations.
Lisa received her bachelor’s degree from Smith College and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Lisa shares her expertise as a guest lecturer at undergraduate and graduate-level programs.
